Linda's Turkey Flautas
- 3 cup turkey
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 packages sazon
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 clove garlic
- 3 cup oil to fry
- 1 cup salsa. (I make my own salsa)
- 1 tbsp salt n pepper to taste
- 1 dozen corn tortillas
- 24 toothpicks
- add bout 2tblsps of oil in pan.
- add turkey.
- saute for bout 5mins.
- then add the onion, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, sazon, tomato sauce and salsa
- simmer for bout 30 mins.
- add 3 cups oil in another pan on medium high heat.
- seperate the corn tortillas n dip them in the oil for bout 30 secs.
- its jus to get them spfr
- jus to get them soft.
- add the turkey mixture bout a 2 tblsps and then roll the tortilla and insert toothpick.
- that is to keep them from opening.
- fry them till they are slightly brown.
- I like mine a dark brown.
- garnish with salsa sour cream etc
