Sorrel Bisque

  1. In a large saucepan add all the ingredients except the sour cream& chives.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the veggies are tender.
  3. Process in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  5. To serve ladle into bowls top with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
