Low Fat Banana Bread or Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Prepare 2 loaf pans with butter and flour.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients.
  4. Mash banana, and whip with wet ingredients.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Evenly divide between pans and bake for 50-60 minutes, testing center for doneness with toothpick.
