Herb-Crusted Pork & Rice Skillet
- 4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (2 lb.)
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen green beans
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- Coat both sides of chops with Italian seasoning; set aside.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chops; cover.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add chicken broth, beans and 1/2 cup water to skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Top with chops; cover.
- Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
