Pomegranate baby leaf rocket salad

  1. Place in a bowl the block of greek feta cheese.
  2. Cover with lemon juice and sprinkle with grated garlic.
  3. Marinate for 1/2 an hour.
  4. Place flaked almonts in a baking tin.
  5. Bake them until golden.
  6. Place on a serving plate the baby leaf rocket salad.
  7. A package is approximately four handfuls.
  8. Sprinkle with the sea salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
  9. Sprinkle the salad in the following order: crumbled marinated feta cheese, golden flaked almonds and pomegranate seeds.
  10. Bon appetite!
