Tomato Basil Pop 'Em's
- 8 each Cherry Tomato
- 8 each Fresh Basil Leaves
- 8 each Baby Mozzarella Pearls
- 8 each Toothpicks
- 1 tsp Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch chopped parsley
- You will need:
- Cut Cherry Tomato's in half.
- Secure a basil leaf on the top of 8 tomato halves with a toothpick.
- Secure a baby mozzarella pearl on the toothpick under the cherry tomato halve.
- Secure the remaining 8 tomato halves on the toothpick under the baby mozzarella pearl.
- Plate your Tomato Basil Pop Em's on a serving dish and drizzle the balsamic vinegar over each one.
- Sprinkle your sea salt and chopped parsley over that.
- Serve right away, or chill for a little bit and enjoy!
- To keep them fresh and add a fresher taste brush them with lemon juice prior to adding the balsamic and spices.
