Lower-Fat Green Bean Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat butter over med-high heat and saute onions for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour and stir constantly for 3-5 more minutes or until you cook the lour taste out.
  4. Gradually add milk stirring until blended.
  5. In a large bowl mix together beans, soup, soy sauce, sour cream, swiss cheese, onion mixture and pepper.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Mix stuffing with butter.
  8. Place into a casserole dish and sprinkle stuffing mix over the top.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes.
