Rhonda's Pumpkin Bread

  1. Sift dry ingredients into larger bowl.
  2. Combine salad oil, eggs, pumpkin, water in other bowl.
  3. Add to dry ingredients.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1.5 hours.
  7. May add 1 cup chopped nuts.
