Rhonda's Pumpkin Bread
- 3 12 cups flour
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3 cups sugar
- 23 cup water (less for fresh pumpkin)
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup salad oil (Canola oil)
- Sift dry ingredients into larger bowl.
- Combine salad oil, eggs, pumpkin, water in other bowl.
- Add to dry ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 1-1.5 hours.
- May add 1 cup chopped nuts.
