Peanut Butter Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar (I used light brown sugar).
  3. in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg, 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)salt, baking soda and vanilla.
  5. Stir in rolled oats and flour.
  6. Spread into a 9x13 inch greased baking pan.
  7. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle choc.
  9. chips (I use choc.
  10. chips and peanut butter chips) over top while still warm.
  11. Let chips melt then spread evenly.
  12. Combine confectioner's sugar, 2 to 3 tbs peanut butter and evaporated milk.
  13. Drizzle over brownies.
  14. Cut into bars.
