Golden Yellow Split Pea Soup (Crockpot / Slow Cooker)
- 1 lb yellow split peas, rinsed
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 6 ounces carrots, diced
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 12 teaspoon dry oregano
- 18 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 teaspoon celery seed
- Combine everything in a crockpot and cook on low for approximately 6-8 hours.
