Fiery Homemade Chips

  1. Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cutting the potatoes lengthways (you can also leaves skins on if you prefer).
  2. Heat the oil to about 360F.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients with the chips, coat well.
  4. Deep fry the chips until cooked, (roughly about 10-15)
  5. And serve immediately.
