Fiery Homemade Chips
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne chilli pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 oil for deep frying
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp more or less of plain flour
- Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cutting the potatoes lengthways (you can also leaves skins on if you prefer).
- Heat the oil to about 360F.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the chips, coat well.
- Deep fry the chips until cooked, (roughly about 10-15)
- And serve immediately.
