Steak and Blue Cheese Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 can (213 mL) pizza sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless beef strip loin steak, 1 inch thick
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup packed baby arugula
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F and heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread crust with sauce; top with tomatoes, onions and garlic.
- Bake 10 min.
- Meanwhile, grill steak 3 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
- Slice across grain.
- Top pizza with steak and shredded cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
- Top with blue cheese and arugula.
