Apple Cider Pork And Vegetables Recipe

  1. Place first 7 ingredients in slow cooker; set aside.
  2. Dredge pork in flour and brown in warm oil.
  3. Remove pork, reserving drippings in skillet.
  4. Place pork in cooker.
  5. Add in cider to skillet, stirring to loosen any browned particles; pour over pork.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hrs.
  7. Remove and throw away bay leaf.
  8. This recipe yields 4 servings.
