Chicken Schnitzel

  1. Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound chicken breasts flat to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs and all spices.
  4. And place in shallow tray for dredging.
  5. Place flattened breast in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs coating thoroughly.
  6. Cover bottom of a frying pan with oil and fry chicken over medium high heat.
  7. For 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  8. You can eat them this way or put them in a bun with your favorite condiments.
