Chicken Schnitzel
- 5 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- Using the flat side of a meat mallet, pound chicken breasts flat to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- Beat eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Combine breadcrumbs and all spices.
- And place in shallow tray for dredging.
- Place flattened breast in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs coating thoroughly.
- Cover bottom of a frying pan with oil and fry chicken over medium high heat.
- For 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- You can eat them this way or put them in a bun with your favorite condiments.
