Mexican Style Crock-Pot Pork

  1. Place the roast in a 2 quart crockpot.
  2. Add rest ingredients over meat.
  3. Cook for 6 hours on low, remove meat and shred.
  4. Return meat to pot and stir to mix in the juices.
  5. Cook for one more hour.
