Zippy Mashed Potatoes (Kosher)

• 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, any variety
• 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
• 4 cups hot prepared instant mashed potatoes

1. Stir sour cream and horseradish into hot potatoes; mix well.
2. Serve immediately.
