Tossed Salad Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Sprinkle each bread shell with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place bread shells directly on middle oven rack.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomato, onion, and olives.
  6. Drizzle salad dressing over greens mixture; toss to coat.
  7. Top bread shells with lettuce mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  9. Cut into wedges.
