Caesar Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps
- 1/2 cups Canned Chicken Breast Or Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 dash Black Pepper To Taste
- 2 dashes Celery Salt, To Taste
- 2 leaves Green Leaf Lettuce
- 2 leaves Red Cabbage
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Wash lettuce and cabbage, pat dry.
- Set one lettuce leaf on each plate, top each with a cabbage leaf.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, mayo, garlic powder, pepper, and celery salt.
- If using canned chicken, be sure to drain it first!
- Split chicken mixture evenly between the two plates, and place each half on the cabbage leaves.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon of parmesan.
- Roll each up, burrito style, securing with a toothpick if desired.
- Serve!
- A note for those on low carb diets: even if you end up eating both servings yourself, it still comes in at right under 10 carbs.

- For those NOT on low carb diets: feel free to add a tomato or carrots or anything else your little heart desires.
