Slow-Cooker Chicken Vesuvio

  1. Place potatoes, onions, peppers and garlic in slow cooker; top with chicken.
  2. Whisk flour, dressing and lemon juice until blended; pour over ingredients in slow cooker.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours).
  5. Stir in peas; cook, covered, 10 min.
  6. or until peas are heated through.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
