Thai Noodle Salad Recipe

  1. Whisk all ingredients except broth in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add in broth.
  3. Steam carrots and snow peas; drain.
  4. Add in to dressing, then toss.
  5. Add in noodles.
  6. Serve salad cool or possibly at room temperature.
  7. Serves 6.
