Burgundian Mustard

• 2 tablespoons sour dill pickles, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon sweet pickle, finely chopped
• 1 cup Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon cognac

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Keeps several days if stored tightly covered.
