Pineapple Lemonade
- 2 slices pineapple, coarsely chopped
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces brandy
- Dash raspberry syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Club soda
- Twist lemon peel
- Pineapple stick
- Muddle the pineapple and sugar thoroughly in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the brandy, raspberry syrup and ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a highball glass, fill up with soda, and decorate with lemon peel and pineapple stick.
