Pineapple Lemonade

• 2 slices pineapple, coarsely chopped
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 1 1/2 ounces brandy
• Dash raspberry syrup
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Club soda
• Twist lemon peel
• Pineapple stick

1. Muddle the pineapple and sugar thoroughly in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the brandy, raspberry syrup and ice.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Strain into a highball glass, fill up with soda, and decorate with lemon peel and pineapple stick.
