Chicken Cheese Soup Recipe
- 2 chicken breasts (4 halves or possibly 2 whole)
- Water to cover
- 2/3 c. minced onion
- 2/3 c. minced celery
- 1/3 c. minced green onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lg. jar Cheese Whiz
- 3 ounce. grated sharp cheddar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt & pepper
- Boil chicken (45 min).
- Chop into bite-size pcs.
- Boil down broth to 2 c.. Add in onion, celery and cook in broth till tender (crisp).
- Gradually add in soup, lowfat milk, cheese, chicken.
- Stir till melts.
