Easy Romanoff with Strawberry Coulis

• 3 cups sliced strawberries, divided Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
• 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. orange juice

1. Blend 1 cup berries and granulated sugar in blender until smooth.
2. Strain through fine-meshed sieve; discard seeds.
3. Mix next 4 ingredients until blended.
4. Spoon 1/4 cup of the remaining berries into each of 4 dessert dishes.
5. Top with COOL WHIP mixture, remaining sliced berries and strained mashed berries.
