Another Vegetable Paella

  1. Fill a 2-quart saucepan with enough water to cover asparagus and broccoli.
  2. Boil water and cook asparagus and broccoli for about 4 minutes or until crisp-tender and drain.
  3. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-heat.
  4. Cook asparagus, broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini and onion in oil about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until onion is crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.
