Monkey bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease or butter a bundt pan, tube pan or loaf pan.
  3. In a baggy or small bowl mix together the first 3/4c sugar with the cinnamon.
  4. Coat all of the pieces very well, doing this in batches.
  5. After you take each batch out put them into your greased pan.
  6. Just make sure you don't pack them in to tight cuz they will spread when baking.
  7. After you have all the biscuits done.
  8. In a small saucepan slowly bring to a boil the milk, the granulated sugar, Brown sugar and the butter.
  9. Boil for 1 min, remove from heat and add the vanilla.
  10. Stir until completely mixed.
  11. Slowly pour over the biscuits and bake for 30-40 min or until golden Brown on top.
  12. Remove from oven and being very careful flip onto a serving dish or another pan.
  13. Please be very careful with this step!
  14. Let the pan sit on top of the bread for a few min to let the gooeyness get into the bread.
  15. If you plan on adding the nuts you can do this as your putting the biscuit pieces into the pan, spreading them throughout the dough.
  16. No need to cut this yummy bread it just pulls right apart!
  17. Now all ya gotta do is enjoy the yumminess!
