Coconut and Almond Energy Bites
- 23 cups Almonds
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cups Almond Butter
- 23 cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 cups Ground Flax Seed
- 13 cups Honey
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- Pour almonds in the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse on high until almonds are ground.
- In a large bowl, combine almonds with remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- The mixture will be pretty sticky so make sure to combine thoroughly.
- Allow the mix to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, form into small balls and serve!
