Coconut and Almond Energy Bites

  1. Pour almonds in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse on high until almonds are ground.
  3. In a large bowl, combine almonds with remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  4. The mixture will be pretty sticky so make sure to combine thoroughly.
  5. Allow the mix to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. After 1 hour, form into small balls and serve!
