Beef Goulash Vegetable Soup Recipe
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 ribs celery, minced
- 6 c. low-sodium beef broth
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cut green beans
- 1 (8 ounce.) can no salt added tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. flat wide noodles
- Saute/fry beef, celery and onions in skillet till meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Add in beef broth, green beans, tomato sauce, chili pwdr, paprika and pepper; bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 20 min.
- Add in noodles; simmer 8 min or possibly till noodles are tender.
- Serves 6.
