Tri-Color Pepper-Rice Ring
- 1 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1 each green, red and yellow pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 OSCAR MAYER Wieners, sliced
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 3 cups cooked long-grain white rice
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
- oil in large skillet.
- Add peppers; cook 6 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon half into 6-cup ring mold sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon remaining peppers into bowl; cover to keep warm.
- Heat remaining oil in same skillet.
- Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 min.
- Add wieners and corn; cook 5 min.
- or until wieners are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in rice and remaining peppers; cook 3 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Stir in cheese; immediately spoon over peppers in mold.
- Press firmly into mold with back of spoon.
- Unmold onto plate.
