Bread Machine Best Ever Pizza Crust Recipe

  1. Directions: 1 Add in water and veg.
  2. oil to pan 2 add in flour, sugar, and salt to pan.
  3. Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, then level ingredients, pushing some of the mix into corners, to cover water.
  4. 3 make a well in center of dry ingredients; add in yeast.
  5. Lock pan into bread maker.
  6. 4 Program for dough.
  7. Program time delay if being used.
  8. Start bread maker.
  9. When done, remove pan from bread maker.
  10. Place dough onto floured surface.
  11. Knesd 1 minutes., then let rest 15 mins.
  12. 5 Roll dough out to fit 12-14 inch pizza pan.
  13. Place dough onto greaged pan*
  14. that has been sprinkled with cornmeal.
  15. Press dough into pan, forming an edge.
  16. Let rise in hot draft free place for 20-25 mins.
  17. 6 Spread pizza sauce proportionately over crust, then top with cheese and favorite toppings.
  18. bake in preheated424 degree F oven for 20-25 mins or possibly till nicely browned on top.
  19. Let rest 5 mins and enjoy!
  20. * I use a pizza stone from pampered chef, it's great.
  21. If you use a stone leave it ungreased, just put on the cormeal.
  22. Notes: Ever since we found this recipe, we haven't bought a pizza!

  24. Not too thick, not too thin, and it its crispy.
