Gg's Strawberry Bread

• 1 12 cups frozen strawberries or 1 12 cups fresh strawberries
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 14 cups vegetable oil
• 1 12 cups nuts, chopped pecans or 1 12 cups walnuts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. Combine eggs and oil.
4. Blend dry ingredients and egg mixture until just moistened.
5. Mash strawberries and drain.
6. Fold in strawberries and nuts.
7. Bake in 2 greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pans for about 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool on wire rack.
