Asian au Jus

  1. Mix broth, steak sauce, gingerroot and orange zest in stockpot.
  2. Bring to boil on high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
  4. Remove stockpot from heat.
  5. Add onion and sesame oil; mix well.
  6. Serve 1/4-cup portions over hot cooked beef, chicken or pork.
