Asian au Jus
- 2 gal. chicken broth
- 1-1/4 qt. A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 cup Fresh gingerroot, peeled, minced
- 2/3 cup fresh orange zest, grated Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 2 qt. green onions, minced
- 1 cup Dark sesame oil
- Mix broth, steak sauce, gingerroot and orange zest in stockpot.
- Bring to boil on high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium; simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
- Remove stockpot from heat.
- Add onion and sesame oil; mix well.
- Serve 1/4-cup portions over hot cooked beef, chicken or pork.
