Pork Chops with Herb Rub

  1. Preheat the grill on medium high or preheat the broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients except the pork.
  3. Sprinkle over both sides of the pork.
  4. Using your fingertips, gently press the mixture so it adheres to the pork.
  5. Grill the pork or broil about 4 inches from the heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until browned on the outside and slightly pink in the center.
