Hanpen Fishcake Tamagoyaki

  1. Mash up the hanpen through the bag without a knife.
  2. Combine the hanpen, egg, and cheese.
  3. Mix it all together~.
  4. Heat oil (not listed) in a small pan, pour the mixture from step 3, give it a quick stir, and cover with a lid.
  5. Reduce to a very low heat after covering with a lid.
  6. It is convenient to leave it be at a very low heat while you cook other dishes.
  7. It is done once the surface dries.
  8. Flip it over onto a dish.

  10. This is what it will look like in super low heat.
  11. Enjoy it with your favorite sauce .
