Hanpen Fishcake Tamagoyaki
- 1 packages Hanpen
- 2 Eggs
- 2 slice Sliced cheese
- 1 ketchup, mayonnaise
- Mash up the hanpen through the bag without a knife.
- Combine the hanpen, egg, and cheese.
- Mix it all together~.
- Heat oil (not listed) in a small pan, pour the mixture from step 3, give it a quick stir, and cover with a lid.
- Reduce to a very low heat after covering with a lid.
- It is convenient to leave it be at a very low heat while you cook other dishes.
- It is done once the surface dries.
- Flip it over onto a dish.
- This is what it will look like in low heat.
- This is what it will look like in super low heat.
- Enjoy it with your favorite sauce .
- Of course you can also eat it as-is.
