Apple Butter Cake
- 2 12 cups flour
- 1 12 cups apple butter
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 12 cup butter (softened)
- 12 cup water
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup raisins
- 23 cup chopped nuts
- 1 (12 ounce) can coconut pecan frosting (I use Betty Crocker brand)
- Heat oven to 350.
- Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan, dust with flour.
- Beat all ingredients except raisins and frosting, in large bowl.
- Stir in raisins and nuts.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake aprox 30 min or until cake test done.
- Cool and frost with the coconut-pecan frosting.
