Homemade Chunky Ra-yu

  1. Finely chop all the ingredients.
  2. Grind the sesame seeds.
  3. Put the rest of the ingredients except for the ones marked in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Heat while mixing to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
  5. Turn off the heat, add the ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Done!
  7. It has a deep caramel color like this when it's done.
  8. The chopped ingredients should be golden brown!
