Grilled Panini with Provolone and Basil

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Combine basil and mayonnaise in small bowl, and set aside.
  3. Toss together cheese, beans and onion in medium bowl.
  4. Spread 1 Tbs.
  5. mayonnaise mixture on each roll.
  6. Divide bean-cheese mixture among rolls.
  7. Close sandwiches, spritz with cooking spray and wrap in foil.
  8. Wrap 4 bricks in foil.
  9. Place 4 sandwiches on grill, and set bricks on top of each.
  10. Grill 3 minutes per side.
  11. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
