California Pot Roast For Diabetics Recipe
- 4 lb Beef rump,
- 2 Tbsp. Flour,
- 1 tsp Salt,
- 63/1000 tsp Pepper,
- 1 Tbsp. Oil,
- 1 x Onion, minced fine,
- 2 x Carrots, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Worchetershire sauce,
- 1 c. Water, Sugar substitite equivalant 1/2 c
- Dredge meat well in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Brown in oil in skillet; add in remaining ingredients.
- Cover.
- Simmer about 4 hrs over low heat.
