Creamy Soy Milk Soup with Spring Broccoli

  1. Peel the stem of the broccoli and chop it into smaller pieces.
  2. Roughly slice the onion and bacon.
  3. Put them in a pressure cooker, and add the ingredients marked .
  4. When it starts to steam with the pressure, cook for an additional 3 minutes over low heat.
  5. Remove the lid and add the soy milk.
  6. Blend it over low heat until smooth to finish!
  7. Here it is.
