Top Sirloin Steak, a Brand New Concept and Wonderful

  1. Unwrap your fresh, cold from the store or refrigerator, steak.
  2. Season with Pepper seasoning salt and garlic powder to taste.
  3. Put in Microwave oven for 15 seconds, turn over and Microwave for 15 seconds on the other side.
  4. Leave in Microwave for 30 minutes.
  5. Warm Olive Oil in a skillet, add butter.
  6. Heat until butter is frothy and just barely beginning to brown.
  7. Add Steak and cook a bare 4 minutes per side for rare.
  8. (I would not try this if you don't like rare steak) I don't know what 3 extra minutes would do.
  9. Remove Steak to plate and put bread quarters on plate.
  10. Drizzle pan drippings over steak and bread.
  11. I serve this with Rosemary Potatoes, and Tomatoes Rockefeller.
