Nadiyas Sweet Potato Pie

  1. Combine all ingrdients in large bowl and mix well with electric or stand mixer.
  2. You could sub pumpkin pie spice for the spices-when I do I use about 11/2 Tablespoons.
  3. Pour into the 3 pie shells-do not over fill.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then turn down to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 50 minutes or until a knife in the middle comes out clean.
  5. Ovens and times vary so keep an eye on it.
