Grilled Turker Balls
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 3 tablespoons your favorite barbecue rub
- 12 cup thick n spicy barbecue sauce
- 10 Ritz crackers, finely crushed
- Thaw turkey meat.
- Heat your grill up.
- In large plastic bowl mix turkey meat, barbecue seasoning, barbecue sauce, and crushed crackers and mix all together by hand.
- Form by hand 1-2 inch thick round balls and place on grill.
- Rotate balls til cooked through and Browned.
- Serve with extra barbecue sauce.
