Snow-Topped Holiday Brownie Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
  3. Microwave butter in a large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power 1 minute; stir until melted.
  4. Stir in sugar and water.
  5. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually stir in flour mixture.
  7. Stir in 1 cup Shapes & Morsels.
  8. Spread into prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake 18 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky.
  10. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  11. Spread with whipped topping.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining Shapes & Morsels.
  13. Refrigerate until serving time.
  14. Cut into bars.
