Croque Monsieur

  1. For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1/2 tsp.
  2. mustard.
  3. Cover 1 of the bread slices with 3 ham slices and 2 cheese slices.
  4. Top with second bread slice.
  5. Spread outside of sandwich with 1 Tbsp.
  6. butter.
  7. Preheat flat top griddle to 375F.
  8. Cook sandwich until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
