Croque Monsieur
- 50 slices Hearty country bread, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 75 slices OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, sliced
- 50 slices Swiss or Gruyere cheese, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1/2 tsp.
- mustard.
- Cover 1 of the bread slices with 3 ham slices and 2 cheese slices.
- Top with second bread slice.
- Spread outside of sandwich with 1 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Preheat flat top griddle to 375F.
- Cook sandwich until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
