Mexican Casserole

  1. Brown meat, and drain off fat.
  2. Season according to package directions.
  3. Mix chilis in a pan, add 1/2 cup water, warm.
  4. Spoon enough chili onto bottom of 13x9 pan to coat.
  5. Layer tortillas, beans, meat, chili, then cheese.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 20 minutes.
