Sausage And Chicken Stew Recipe

  1. Slice the kielbassa and brown lightly in a soup pot in extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Remove kielbassa, set aside.
  3. In juices cook onion and celery till tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
  4. Add in beans with liquid, carrots, tomatoes, thyme, chicken and kielbassa.
  5. Heat to boiling.
  6. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
  7. Serve with crisp dinner rolls on the side and a salad.
  8. Yields 8 servings.
