Fruit Pizza

  1. In a bowl, add butter and sugar, mix with a hand held mixer.
  2. Then add the egg, mix again with the mixer.
  3. Add the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda; but mix with a spoon.
  4. Carefully spread in a 12-inch pizza pan, with a spoon.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly brown.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together, (with a hand held mixer) the cream cheese, powdered sugar (or granulated sugar) and vanilla extract.
  8. Spread over the cooled cookie crust.
  9. Top with pineapple chunks, kiwi slices, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
  10. Chill several hours in the refrigerator, before slicing and serving.
