Chicken Divan
- 1 lb fresh cut into spears cooked broccoli
- 10 ounces swanson premium white chicken meat, drained
- 10 34 ounces campbell's condensed broccoli cheese soup
- 13 cup milk
- 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
- In 2-quart oblong baking dish or 9" pie plate, arrange broccoli and chicken.
- Combine soup and milk; pour over broccoli and chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture.
- Combine bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
- Variation: Substitute a 10-oz pkg frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained for fresh broccoli.
