Vegetable Toast

  1. Heat Olive oil in a pan.
  2. Once oil is hot add in all diced vegetables.
  3. Mix and allow it to cook for 2 mts.
  4. Season veggies with grated garlic, pepper, oregano and green chilli.
  5. Mix well and cook for 3 to 4 more mts.
  6. Now take bread slices and toast them in a toaster for just about 30 to 40 seconds.
  7. Now spread cooked veggies over toasted bread evenly.
  8. Top that up with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Broil in the oven for just about a mt or so or until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve hot!
