Cayenned Creamed Fresh Corn

  1. cut corn kernals off of cobs
  2. heat butter in large skillet saute corn until just starting to brown add garlic, cream, cayenne and black pepper heat to a simmer and cook until slightly thick add salt
  3. serve hot
  4. This is wonderful in the summer with fresh corn BUT in the winter frozen or canned drained corn really works well!

corn husked, butter, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, heavy cream, kosher salt
